"What does this legal clause mean in terms of a new course of action?

With the new policy or legislative change in place, which scenarios in the office, stores, warehouses, call centres, or distribution centres do we need to highlight to reduce the behaviours we don't want and enhance those that we do want?" 

Quite simply we need to listen, speak and act differently about the new policy or law. So how are we going to change that and how will we train and identify that we are in fact changing as a company according to the new policy or legislation?
